Refund Policy

At DND Massage Therapy, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. While we do not generally offer refunds, we understand that situations may arise where a client feels a refund is warranted. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the session.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided (e.g., due to therapist conduct or technical issues), please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review the situation and may offer a partial refund or a complimentary service based on the nature of the complaint.

  • Medical Emergencies: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to a medical emergency, we will consider rescheduling without penalty or offering a full refund upon review. Proof of the medical emergency may be required.

  • Service Not Provided: If we are unable to fulfill the scheduled service (e.g., due to an unexpected issue with the therapist or service area), we will provide a full refund for the service charge or offer to reschedule the appointment.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Travel Fees: If you are outside our service area or incur travel-related fees, these will not be refunded.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your service time will still be the scheduled duration, and no refund or extension will be offered for lost time.

4. Payment and Refund Process

  • Refund Process: Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Service Credits: In lieu of a refund, we may offer you a service credit, which can be applied to future bookings.
